A dedicated group chat with audio chat features are available as soon as an artist accepts your booking. A member from the light up team is also available to answer crucial queries that you might have.

Search for LU Artist & Download our mobile application from App store or Play store. Follow the simple steps to sign up with us. Upon account verification you will be able to use our services.
We handpick every artist as a trusted professional who aligns with our onboarding standards. We encourage all our partners to provide accurate information during SignUp.

Bookings come from Light Up with details of the occasion. You can accept or pass the bookings. 100% payments are collected by Light Up & payouts are made monthly. Lightings and other setup costs are handled separately. We support client-artist interaction within the app.
All bookings are subject to a cancellation fee. If an artists cancels a booking a fee as per the service booked shall be charged & the platform will engage in finding a replacement.

Reschedule :
We allow 1 time Reschedule request & prioritizes the same Artist based on availability. Artists have a choice to accept the Re Scheduled booking.
We try to ensure booking completions, However unforeseen circumstances lead to cancellations. LightUp does not offer compensations.
Yes, once your account has been verified you can view & add your videos and preferences within the app.
